By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• All activities under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Generate, upload, distribute, or promote Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery (including “deepfakes”), or any content involving minors in a sexual or inappropriate context.
• Upload or generate content that is otherwise unlawful, abusive, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Use the Service to train, compete with, or reverse engineer similar AI models without written permission.
• Use the Service for commercial purposes unless explicitly authorized.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including code, designs, trademarks, and AI-generated outputs, is owned by VisionAI360 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent, except where permitted by law.

5. User-Generated Content

You may generate, upload, or share content (“User Content”) through the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content, but by using the Service, you grant VisionAI360 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content. We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, and we employ automated and manual content moderation controls to enforce these restrictions.

6. Payments and Billing

Some features of the Service are available via paid plans or one-time purchases. By subscribing or making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete payment information.
• Authorize us to charge the stated fees to your payment method.
• Accept that all fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

Prices and billing cycles may change. We will notify you of any changes in advance when applicable.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and without notice if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Any attempt to generate or distribute illegal content, CSAM, or non-consensual intimate imagery will result in immediate, permanent account termination and may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, where Creative Vision Hub LLC is registered. Any disputes shall be brought in courts located within Missouri.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes, and your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
